"As much as we can, whenever we can, we have to tell our stories. Exactly as the writers in this book have done." -from the Foreword by Greta Christina
Atheist Voices of Minnesota is now available. With contributions from 36 Minnesotans, and a Foreword by Greta Christina, this unique book allows a cross section of ordinary atheists to tell their personal stories about how their lives and atheism connect. The results are touching and fascinating, with a diversity of topics covered.
All net proceeds from the sale of this book support Minnesota
Atheists. This charitable book is the result of a collaborative effort by nearly 50 people, all atheists. Not only did the authors donate their essays, but the editors, proofreaders, and designers all donated their time as well. This project has two primary goals: to help foster a true and positive view of atheists, and to financially benefit Minnesota Atheists, a nonprofit organization.
The book has received rave reviews from the freethought community and others, and has received quite a bit of local media attention. Listen to a podcast from the radio show Atheists Talk on the book.
Available at Amazon, B&N.com, directly through Minnesota Atheists, and through bookstores. Also available in eBook formats for Kindle and Nook. For event, author, or bookstore orders, email orders@freethoughthouse.com. A limited edition run of prints of the cover art by Lynn Fellman are available here, which also benefits Minnesota Atheists.
